1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pray With Me mobile application and the praywithmefamily.com website (together, the "Service"), operated by Pray With Me ("we", "us"). By creating an account, downloading the app, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your account

You can sign in with your email address, Apple ID, or Google account. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Parts of the Service require a paid subscription. Prices and plan options are shown in the app before you purchase.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Where offered, free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.

5. Your content

The Service lets you create content such as prayers, prayer requests, and messages shared with prayer circles ("User Content"). You keep ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service, including showing it to the people you choose to share it with.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive;
• harass, threaten, or demean others, or post content that is hateful, obscene, or infringes someone else's rights;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems, or interfere with their operation;
• scrape, copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Spiritual content disclaimer

The Service offers prayer and devotional content for personal spiritual practice. It is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, artwork, text, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for your User Content, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as 5, 8, 10, and 11) survive.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give you reasonable notice, for example in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
